* Code sepsis - Our goal is to improve the care of the septic patient by implementing a protocol of early goal-directed therapy.

* Physician in triage - This is a pilot program that we hope will drastically decrease door to doctor times and left without being seen rates.

*Procedural Ultrasound - We have access to a state of the art Sonosite ultrasound that members of our group use to assist with invasive procedures, such as central line placement and paracentesis.  We also perform FAST exams.

*Difficult airway - The hospital's acquisition of the Glidescope intubation tool has made the difficult airway less difficult.
